METC Command Senior Enlisted Advisor

Chief Master Sergeant Donald "Brent" Cook is the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commandant, Medical Education and Training Campus (METC), JointBase San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas. He assists in leading, planningand directing 1200 faculty and staff responsible for the training of approximately 5,500 enlisted allied health students on any given day within 49programs of instruction. Additionally, Chief Cook pursues collaborative effortswith 4 individual service component commands as well as the garrison command team.

Chief Cook grew up as a Military Brat and entered the Air Force in June 1994.His background includes various duties in diagnostic imaging at installation,technical training school, and major command level duties. Chief Cook has also served as Additional DutyFirst Sergeant, Squadron Superintendent, Group Superintendent and has lead in Joint Operations environments.
