Advanced Sterilization Systems

 

The instructional design for this course is group paced. This course provides formal training for biomedical equipment maintenance personnel who are assigned to a medical treatment facility.

The course focuses on clinical application principles, along with equipment and operation theory of plasma sterilization and endoscopic cleaning systems.

ADSS also provides performance-based organizational maintenance (preventive maintenance inspection/ calibration verification) and malfunction isolation (circuit analysis/troubleshooting) training on endoscopic cleaning systems.

Quality control and safety techniques are emphasized throughout the course.
