Nutrition Management and Accounting

 

The instructional design for this program is 80 hours of group lock-step instruction. This program targets selected Department of Defense personnel who perform nutritional medicine financial operations. The scope of training includes: effective management of cash receipts, ration earnings, and subsistence cost accounting. In addition, NMAC trains diet therapists on proper execution of medical food service accounting procedures required by the 2011 Nutritional Medicine Audit Summary.
