The instructional design for this program is group paced. This program provides formal training for Biomedical Equipment Maintenance personnel who are assigned to a Medical Treatment Facility (MTF).
The program focuses on clinical application principles, along with equipment and operation theory of plasma sterilization and endoscopic cleaning systems.
ADSS also provides performance-based organizational maintenance (preventive maintenance inspection/calibration verification) and malfunction isolation (circuit analysis/troubleshooting) training on endoscopic cleaning systems.
Quality control and safety techniques are emphasized throughout the program.
This program has been reviewed by the manufacturer of the equipment utilized in training and is considered equivalent to manufacturer certified training and a certificate is awarded.
