      <title>Military Surgeons General visit the Medical Education and Training Campus</title>

      <description>For the three military surgeons general to be in the same country at the same time is unusual. For&lt;br/&gt;

Gen. Charles Green, surgeon general of the Air Force; Vice Adm. Matthew Nathan, surgeon general of the Navy and chief, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery; and Lt. Gen. Patricia Horoho, surgeon general and commanding general, U.S. Army Medical Command and their senior enlisted leaders conducted All Hands calls during a visit to METC on May 30.

Technician Corpsman Program (BMTCP), a combined Air Force medical technician
and Navy hospital corpsman training program, celebrated its one year
anniversary as one program at the Medical Education and Training Campus
(METC). A cake cutting ceremony symbolizing the joining of the Air Force and
Navy entry-level enlisted medical programs under METC was conducted by the
first and last assigned Navy and Air Force instructors as well as the
inaugural commandant, Rear Adm. Bob Kiser. (Left to right: Chief Hospital
Corpsman Carol Domino, first assigned Navy instructor; Hospital Corpsman Third
